SHRM Metrics
Overview:
Using the SHRM Metrics guide provided, review the basics of metrics, return analysis, and financial management. Then, write a 3 – 4 page paper on a company that has successfully utilized one of the metrics described.
Briefly tell us about the company, Describe the human resource strategy utilized, Explain how this strategy could impact one or multiple metrics from this listing, Predict how the use of the strategy and metrics could contribute to the company’s success or to their bottom line.
For example, Google has successfully utilized complex performance metrics to predict the promo ability of their employees. Therefore, I could select Google and write about how the use of this practice could influence staffing metrics such as Time to Productivity, Turnover Impact Rate, Retention, and Yield or Selection Rate.
The paper must be written in APA format, including proper citations and references.

Sources ProQuest and EBSCOhost are great sites to find resources. Also, write in a concise and logical, using excellent grammar and style techniques. Additionally, the quality of your writing dictates grading criteria. On the other hand, if you use direct quotes from books or articles, place the words you copied (use parenthesis) and cite them in-line. Also, only use sources within the five-year range.
