Safety and Healthcare Quality. The 2 course concepts that the presentation is about is Safety and Healthcare Quality. The course exemplars or examples that will be used with the concepts are Safety initiatives, evaluation of Safety initiatives, quality patient care, patient centered care, TeanSTEPPS, and workplace incivility. On the other hand, if you use direct quotes from books or articles, place the words you copied (use parenthesis) and cite them in-line. Also, only use sources within the five-year range.
