Project Milestone Overview. The milestone/timebox six focuses on the development of stakeholder as well as communicate plan and should address the following elements of the project plan: Identify all the project stakeholders, carryout stakeholder analysis using either power/interest grid, power/influence grid, or impact/influence grid. Based on the outcome of your stakeholder analysis, articulate how you plan to engage each stakeholder group to ensure successful project delivery. Develop a project communication plan that captures how the project will communicate with all the identified stakeholders including frequency and channel of such communications. In the concluding portion of your report, highlight the lessons learned from pulling together this part of the project plan (about five points).

On the other hand, if you use direct quotes from books or articles, place the words you copied (use parenthesis) and cite them in-line. Also, only use sources within the five-year range.
