In the two chapters, Professor Peter Northouse talks about the trait approach and skills approach to leadership. In your opinion, which one is more important?
In terms of the two approaches, what are the essential characteristics of a good leader? Please explain why these characteristics are important?
Who comes to mind when you think of a good leader? Please explain why you think this person’s leadership is good?
Who comes to mind when you think of a bad leader? Please explain why you think this person’s leadership is terrible? What kind of changes (or transitions) should this leader make to be in your good books?
