Gather and Present Data. In this assignment, you will do some research on companies that have been recognized as good places to work, and you will summarize your findings in an analytical report.
Summary:
Visit the Fortune magazine website for the most current 100 Best Companies to Work. The most current list is 2021. Examine the information about the top 20 or 25 highest-ranked companies. Also watch the short video clips profiling each business, if you have access. After studying the information, identify factors that attract and please workers.
Take note of features shared across the board, but don’t overlook quirky, unusual benefits. Summarize these trends in an informational e-mail or memo report. Alternatively, prepare an analytical report investigating employee satisfaction gleaned from the secondary data obtained on the Fortune site.

Guidelines
Essay assignments should conform to MLA format, and cite the associated reading/resource. Use a 12-point font. Use double spacing, so there is room for me to write comments. Include your last name in the filename (example: M11 AS1 Smith.) It should be a Word (.doc or .docx) format file.
