Overview:
Current Education Issue Presentation. You are to develop a PowerPoint or Google Slide presentation on one of the following current educational issues: Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), Charter schools, vouchers and school choice. Teacher Accountability/Teacher Evaluation, Bullying, Inclusive Classrooms, The Education Experience during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Student Assessments (National and International).
The requirements for the assignment are as follows:
Include a title slide with your topic name, your name, the course name, instructor, and date. Highlight some of the key points about the issue. Provide at least 2 specific examples that relate to the issue. Provide a clear & reasonable application of existing educational law that relates to this issue (i.e. What are some laws that relate to this educational issue?)
Be sure to properly cite your research and other resources you use in APA format on the final slide Your assignment should be no fewer than 8 slides (including your title slide and references slide). Please make sure that you write the information in your own words. Do not copy and paste information directly into the presentation, as this is considered to be plagiarized and would be a violation of the academic integrity policy. If you need to include a direct quote (which should be limited to only a few sentences), please be sure to use quotation marks and in-text citations for the direct quote.
Additional Guidelines
The quotes should be complete sentences (no more, less) and should be incorporate-d in your essay to illustrate your ideas. Please, cite your sources in a clickable reference list at the end. Also, do not copy without providing proper attribution (quotation marks and in-line citations). Also, write an essay format, not in bullet form, numbering, or another list format. It would be best if you use your own words. Lastly, proofread your work and run it through Grammarly for thorough confirmation.
