Change a bad habit or develop a new virtue. Identify a bad habit (use your discussion post) you have and document the process for at least seven (7) days leading to the betterment of your behavior.
Provide evidence of your actions (e.g. Pictures/videos, screenshots of your daily use of electronic devices, meal plans, etc.) and write a journal (1000-1250 words) connecting those actions to Aristotle’s Virtue Ethics. Make sure that you use the “Nicomachean Ethics” as a reference.
